1. Uncovered site fee: $30.00. This includes 1 person entry + 1 vehicle and box trailer (approx. site size is 10m x 5m).    
2. Covered site fee: $40.00. This includes 1 person entry + 1 vehicle and box trailer (approx. site size is 6m x 4m). 
3. Any additional people or vehicles required temporarily by site holders (to deliver goods, help unload etc.) will be charged $5.00 per person and $5.00 per vehicle on entry.
4. Overnight stays and camping: $20.00. The registration form accommodates your application to do so (See points below).
5. Overnight stays and camping are only permitted by the Sunshine Coast Council at the Nambour Showgrounds on the Friday night before the Swap Meet.
6. Swappers staying overnight in a caravan, camping trailer, mobile home, RV, tent, campervan or any other vehicle or structure fitted out for the intended use of camping or overnight stays are required to pay this fee of $15.00 per site for the night.   

• Site set up is permitted after midday Friday. Entry available all night via main gate, if the gate is not manned proceed directly to SCACC caravan to the right of the Main Pavilion, collect  site sticker/s and wrist band/s (and registration form if pre-booked). 
• All casual swappers must proceed to the SCACC caravan to the right of the Main Pavilion to pay, receive their windscreen sticker and wristband before being allocated a swap site. 
• Do not exceed your allotted space. (See site charges for site sizes) If in doubt check in advance. If you have a tandem trailer and vehicle, two sites will be required.  
• If you have pre-booked more than one site and have several vehicles, on entry, drivers must provide the name under which the sites have been pre-booked to facilitate access.  
• All swappers must be on site before 5.00am on Saturday to commence trading by 6.00am. Should a pre-booked site not be occupied by 5.00am it may be sold to casual swappers.  
• Swappers are not covered by Club’s public liability insurance for incidents on their site. 
• Some sites may have to be relocated in the event of wet weather. 
• Food vendors only permitted by prior negotiation. Contact SCACC by email: scaccsecretary@gmail.com 
• Swap site holders are not to move vehicles, in or out, between 6.00am and 1.00pm on Saturday. 
• No trading prior to 6.00am on Saturday. 
• Sales of firearms, parts or ammunition is not permitted. 
• No provision for display cars. 
• Prohibited activities – Under the Nambour Showgrounds Management Plan and local laws, within all areas of the Nambour Showgrounds the following activities are prohibited at all times and penalties apply to all fires and dogs off leash.

Once booked should you need to change anything about your booking, please call 07 5441 1084 or 0472 596 973. 

• One pack per site is filed under the name of the site holder. This contains a site sticker for your windscreen, wrist band/s and the next year’s registration form. This pack is to be collected on arrival at the main entrance to the Showgrounds.  
• If the gate is not manned, please drive to the right of the Main Pavilion to the SCACC’s caravan to collect your pack. 
• Should you require basic first aid provisions during the Swap Meet please contact 0472 596 973 or one of our volunteers and you will be met at the First Aid post. This is located beside the Showgrounds’ Management Office on Exhibition Street.  
• If an incident causes significant injury, please call 000, advise a SCACC volunteer or call 0472 596 973 so emergency vehicle access is readily facilitated. 
• In the event of an emergency, the evacuation sites are on Heritage Terrace and the Crushers’ Gate area, unless directed otherwise by SCACC Swap Meet personnel. 
• Swappers are encouraged to book and pay for their next year’s site/s by 2.00pm on Swap Day.
  Swappers who do not have a re-bookable site may go on a waiting list for the following year’s bookable sites. 
  The booking station, next to the caravan, will be available onsite Friday and Saturday until 2.00pm. 
• If you are unable to rebook on these days, please submit your new registration form either by:
