Rallies are our way of showcasing a part of Australia’s heritage to the public.  Usually two events are organised per month.  Some events are held in conjunction with other like minded clubs and these events can range from a breakfast run to a full weekend or week of activities.

All rallys start times are 9.00am unless otherwise advised.   please bring chairs, morning tea and lunch

Upcoming Events

 

  • Wednesday 15th July mid week run to lake macdonald morning tea will be at North Arm. Please bring morning tea, lunch. And a chair this will be a scenic drive to lake macdonald.

  • Sunday 19th July Depart from Clubrooms at 8:30am for run to Bribie Island Butterfly farm. Morning tea will be at the club rooms. Need Numbers beforehand as we need to book.                                                   Please call Norm Ph0418 775 796 or Brad 0448 123 287.

  • Sunday, 26th July, 2020. Your invitation – cars, conversation, a cuppa, car boot sale and great music to boot!

11.00 am – 1.00 pm:  Mini Swap Meet – Open your boot and buy, swap or sell (just so that you don’t lose touch with that Swap Meet sensation) or simply catch up on conversation with other members, admire a car or two three, four or five, have a cuppa, bring a chair and your picnic lunch if you wish.

1.00 pm – 5.00 pm:     Music afternoon - Our music specialists, a.k.a Bev and Trev and Barry, have prepared a treat for us all including the chance to win a lucky door prize!

Entry fee: a plate of food to share for afternoon tea in exchange for a great variety of music to enjoy.

Bring your own chair – as we may need to amplify to the great outdoors marquees will be in place for shade or shelter. Come; kick back, relax and recuperate!  Any queries, please phone 5445 9928.

This will be held out the front of the Clubrooms, as there is more on offer!

 

  • Tuesday 28th July General Meeting opening at 7.30pm.

  • 25th July Nambour Swap Meet - Cancelled we will be back Saturday, 31st July 2021.

  • Saturday 1st August to be advised by Rally Director - further information at Committee meeting on 14th July.

 

 

                   

In the best interests of our Club, members’ welfare and members of the public who support this event, the Committee decided that the Swap Meet be postponed to Saturday, 31st July 2021.

 

Wednesday Morning Meet & Run

to meet current Covid-19 regulations please advise Norm Garland on 0418 775 796

Don’t forget our weekly get together at the clubhouse EVERY Wednesday from 9am. Morning tea will be available at 9:30, during which a general consensus will decide what form the day will take e.g. Short run, etc.

As the club has an excellent library, some members may like to take this opportunity to sit and read

Come in your club car (sanctioned event), modern car or shanks pony.

The following destinations are endorsed by the Club for your attendance should you wish to drive there in your vehicle registered under the Special Interest Vehicle Scheme:  You do not need to seek Club permission prior to travelling to these destinations:
